Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SocialHub, a comment and message automation service for Facebook, Instagram, Threads, and TikTok. By creating an account or using SocialHub, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
SocialHub lets you connect social media accounts and configure automation rules to reply to comments, send direct messages, like content, hide or delete spam, and manage posts across supported platforms. Available features depend on the plan you purchase.
2. Accounts & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use SocialHub. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account, including actions taken by operator accounts you invite.
3. Connecting Third-Party Platforms
When you connect Facebook, Instagram, Threads, or TikTok, you authorize SocialHub to access those accounts through their official APIs to perform the automation you configure. Your use of each platform remains subject to that platform's own terms, and SocialHub is not responsible for actions taken by Meta, TikTok, or any other platform, including suspensions or API changes outside our control.
4. Plans & Payment
SocialHub plans (Free, Standard, Premium, Gold) are sold as one-time payments for a fixed duration (1, 3, or 12 months) and do not auto-renew. Prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and are payable in advance. Except where required by law or stated otherwise at checkout, payments are non-refundable once a plan has been activated.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use SocialHub to send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or deceptive content, to harass or impersonate others, to violate any platform's community guidelines, or to break applicable law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the service or put our platform integrations at risk.
6. Automation Is Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the rules, replies, and messages your automation sends. Review your configuration carefully — SocialHub is a tool, and we do not review or approve the content your automations generate before it is sent.
7. Termination
You may stop using SocialHub and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the service, or create risk for other users or our platform partnerships.
8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
SocialHub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SocialHub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the service or from actions taken by third-party platforms.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of SocialHub after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
